How do I get a library card?

To get a library card, you will need to bring your Texas driver’s license or Texas identification card with a piece of current mail with your name and address on it. There is a short application that must be completed at the library.  If you are under 18 years old, a legal guardian must sign you up for a library card.

Library users must present a valid library card to check items out.

Library cards expire every year but can be renewed at no cost. Library cards that are not used in five years may be deleted from the system unless there is a fine on the account. Lost library cards can be replaced for a $2.00 fee.
